Privacy Policy
Last updated: 11 October 2026
This policy explains how Rahme Labs ("we", "us") handles information on this website and in our internal software, including our internal research tool, the Opportunity Radar, which uses YouTube API Services.
Who we are
Rahme Labs is an independent studio in Sydney, Australia, making educational videos and building software. Contact: support@rahmelabs.com.
This website
This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and does not ask you for personal information. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, date and page requested) for security and reliability; these are not used to identify or profile visitors.
Use of YouTube API Services
Our internal tool uses YouTube API Services to read public information about YouTube videos and channels: titles, publish dates, view counts and channel subscriber counts. We use this only to understand which educational topics are already well covered, so we can decide what our own videos should cover.
- The tool is private and used by our team. Platform reviewers can be given read-only access to a reviewer site (radar.rahmelabs.com) with a login we issue. The tool does not access any YouTube account or private data and does not use YouTube sign-in (OAuth).
- We do not collect, store or process personal information about YouTube users through the API.
- Statistics (view counts and subscriber counts) are stored for at most 7 days; after that they are refreshed or deleted.
- All other API data (video ids, titles, channel names, publish dates) is refreshed or deleted within 30 days.
- We do not sell, share or republish YouTube API data.
By using YouTube API Services, we are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube's handling of information is described in the Google Privacy Policy. You can review and revoke third-party access connected to your Google account at Google security settings (our tool does not request such access).
Deletion requests
To ask us to delete any data we hold about you, a video or a channel, email support@rahmelabs.com. Data about videos that are removed from YouTube or made private is deleted at our next refresh.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do. Questions or requests: support@rahmelabs.com.
