Terms of Use

Last updated: 11 October 2026

These terms apply to this website and to the software and services of Rahme Labs ("we", "us"), including the Opportunity Radar and its reviewer site at radar.rahmelabs.com. By using them you agree to these terms.

What Rahme Labs provides

Rahme Labs is an independent studio in Sydney, Australia. We make fact-checked educational videos and build software. This website gives general information about our work.

Opportunity Radar

The Opportunity Radar is an internal research tool. It helps our team decide which educational videos to make next by comparing what viewers look for with how well existing videos cover a subject. It is not offered to the public. People outside our team, such as platform reviewers, can be given read-only access with a login we issue; that access is personal, may be withdrawn at any time, and must not be shared.

YouTube data

Some features show data obtained through YouTube API Services. By using any feature that shows YouTube data, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to that data. Scores and analysis shown alongside YouTube data are calculated independently by Rahme Labs and are not provided or endorsed by YouTube or Google. How we handle YouTube data is described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these rules.

No warranty

Our website, tools and their results are provided "as is" and "as available". Scores, suggestions and other output are estimates for planning, not advice, and may be incomplete or wrong. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Rahme Labs is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of our website or tools. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: support@rahmelabs.com.
